NAVIJET C500E-III High Pressure Cleaner

Inspection and Functional Test Summary · 9 May 2026

Overview

The NAVIJET C500E-III high-pressure cleaner was inspected to verify the electrical motor condition and determine the cause of pressure failure during operation. Electrical readings confirmed that the motor winding and insulation condition remained acceptable. However, functional testing showed that the unit failed to generate pressure during operation.

Functional Test and Conclusion

After confirming acceptable motor condition, fresh water and power supply were connected to the unit. The motor was operated for approximately three minutes. During the test, the pressure gauge remained at 0 bar with no sign of pressure build-up.

The hydraulic assembly, including the high-pressure pump, unloader valve, and safety release valve, showed heavily external rust and corrosion. Tried to adjust, but no changes in pressure. Based on the inspection and operational test, the hydraulic pump assembly was identified as the defective section requiring repair or replacement of the requested parts.
